HUGO — Members of the Hugo city council held a special meeting Wednesday, March 12 with the public and officials of the Choctaw Nation for the purpose of discussing issues and legal elements involved in a possible sale of water that is surplus to the city’s needs. The meeting was held at the Choctaw Nation’s Community Center on Hugo’s west side.
