This program offers low-interest loans to farmers, ranchers, and agricultural businesses, helping them reduce financial strain, expand operations, and invest in their future. Through partnerships with local community and agricultural banks, the program ensures that vital funding reaches producers where it’s needed most. Ranchers and farmers can use the loans for operational expenses, refinancing, or expanding into alternative agricultural products. “This program is a lifeline for Oklahoma’s agricultural producers, launched out of the State Treasurer’s Office, enabling them to thrive despite economic challenges,” said Treasurer Russ. “It’s a win-win for our farmers and the financial institutions that support them.”
