Hugo Council adjusts delinquent water rates

HUGO — The Hugo city council handled several items of routine business at its recent July 15 meeting, and addressed four separate items of business during an hour-long executive session. After returning to open session, the council took no action on contracts with the fire and police unions, and also took no action on the employment of current Chief of Police John Mitchell who is also serving as interim city manager.
