Hugo man draws federal firearms charges

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Maxie Darryl Caston, age 58, of Hugo, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition.

HUGO — Members of the Hugo city council held a special meeting Wednesday, March 12 with the public and officials of the Choctaw Nation for the purpose of discussing issues and legal elements involved in a possible sale of water that is surplus to the city’s needs. The meeting was held at the Choctaw Nation’s Community Center on Hugo’s west side.

County Republicans elect officers
