• Choctaw County resident sentenced for illegally possessing firearm, ammunition The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Jimmy Dale Kelley, a/k/a Jimmy Dale Kelly, a/k/a Jimmy Dale Robinson, age 38, of Grant, Okla., was sentenced to time served for one count of felon in possession of firearm and ammunition. The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Choctaw County Sheriff’s Office.
