After Major League Baseball (MLB) announced that it was moving the 2021 All-Star game because of the recently signed election integrity law in Georgia, it was only a matter of time before former President Donald Trump opined about the controversial and questionable move by the league that runs America’s favorite pastime, and called for the boycott of baseball.

Aside from the state budget, redistricting is the most important item of business the legislature will tackle this session. Redistricting takes place every 10 years after the nation completes the U.S. Census and is the process of updating legislative and congressional district boundaries based on the state’s population.
