REAL ID compliance increases as federal deadline nears

With less than a month remaining until the May 7, 2025 federal REAL ID deadline, Service Oklahoma has issued more than 2.1 million REAL ID-compliant credentials statewide. A REAL ID is not required to drive or for in-state identification but may be needed to board domestic flights or enter certain federal buildings starting May 7.

Opioid Abatement Board approves plans to award $29 million in grants

The Oklahoma Opioid Abatement Board will award its second round of grants to help combat the state’s opioid epidemic, Attorney General Gentner Drummond has announced.
