OKLAHOMA CITY – Rep. Justin Humphrey, R-Lane, today asked those in his House district for help in locating an area young man who is missing. Tyler Littleton, 14, is 5-foot, 11 inches, 150 pounds and has blue eyes and red hair. He is from Caney.

In a win for producers across the country, the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Risk Management Agency recently announced changes to two crop insurance programs –– Whole Farm Revenue Protection (WFRP) and Micro Farm. The improvements will expand access to risk management options for thousands of producers, particularly those with small or diversified operations.
OKLAHOMA CITY – The Oklahoma Legislature has appropriated $20 million to aid the agriculture industry across the state during the ongoing drought. House Bill 1006XX designates $20 million to the Emergency Drought Relief Fund from any monies not otherwise appropriated from the General Revenue Fund of the State Treasury.
MUSKOGEE –– The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced Monday that Shonda Lynette Johnson, age 51, of Fort Towson, Okla., was found guilty by a federal jury of voluntary manslaughter.
