Donna Michelle (White) Shufeldt

Donna Michelle (White) Shufeldt, of Hugo, Okla., passed away April 11, 2026, at the age of 59.

Donna Michelle (White) Shufeldt was born on Aug. 15, 1966, the daughter of Sonny Young and Arnita (House) Young. She was preceded in death by her parents and love of her life, Robert Scott Shufeldt.

Donna lived in Hugo on and off throughout her life. She graduated from Hugo High School, Class of 1984. Upon graduation, she moved to Texas for a short time and moved back to Hugo in 2001. She later moved to McAlester to care for her parents and settled back in Hugo in 2023. She enjoyed crafts, reading and spending time with her family. Donna loved her family beyond measure.

Donna is survived by her daughter, Tiffany Shufeldt of Hugo; son, Charles Gatteys of Terrell, Texas; two grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother, Robert Young of Virginia; sisters: Jane Rhodes of Hugo and Cheryl Byars and husband of Hugo; her beloved dog, numerous nieces and nephews; along with many other family members, friend and loved ones. A family-led memorial graveside service will be held at Sawyer Cemetery at a later date, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
