Sandra Kay Gregg

Funeral services for Sandra Kay Gregg, of Hugo, Okla., will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home of Hugo. Sandra passed away Aug. 25, 2024, at the age of 67.

Sandra Kay Gregg was born on March 21, 1957 in Idabel, Okla., the daughter of Gilbert Griffin and Eliece June (Bloodworth) Griffin. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gilbert and Eliece; brother, Clinton Ross Griffin and sisters: Rita Joyce Vandergriff and Lenette Cofer.

Sandra was a graduate of Idabel High School, Class of 1975. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Southeastern Oklahoma State University in Durant, Okla. Sandra married her beloved husband, Charles Gregg on May 29, 1982 in Hugo. She was a Housing Specialist for the Hugo Housing Authority for many years and a member of the Choctaw County OHCE – OSU Home Extension, Hugo Chapter group. Sandra and her husband were members of Trinity Baptist Church in Messer, Okla. She enjoyed sewing, crafting and especially enjoyed teaching home school. Sandra is survived by her husband of 42 years, Charles Gregg of the home; daughter, Mary Adams and husband, Michael of Hugo; grandchildren: Mikayla Adams, Chris Adams and Aaron Adams; great-grandchildren: Gwen and Erin; niece, Felicia Cofer Tabor, along with other nieces, nephews and cousins and a host of family and friends. The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2024 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home in Hugo. Interment will follow the service at Mt. Olivet Cemetery at 10 a.m. Friday, Aug. 30, 2024 with Bro. Mike Mussett officiating, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
