I think it’s appropriate to ask a simple question of rural Oklahoma/American citizens.

Why are you not so interested anymore in how your small community and county governments function?

Why do local school board seats not attract several citizens who are willing to contribute a small fraction of their time in order to ensure good and solid operation of their schools?

Why do city council seats go vaca…
