Boswell 4-H Reporter The Boswell 4-H Club hit the ground running in 2025. We have already learned about many new project areas, expanded our knowledge of American history, tested our skills in competitions, and helped to make the best better through community service. Some of our highlights include the following: In January, the club welcomed Calista Stephens and David Reed from the Fort Towson Historic Site. David demonstrated what the everyday life of a soldier consisted of along with some very interesting facts about the Civil War, and Calista presented a first-person perspective of a woman’s life in the 1800s. In additional, Creed Pope (playing acoustic guitar) and Riley Pope (playing violin) entered the Share the Fun Choctaw County Contest playing “Beulah Land” as a duet. They were awarded first place and will advance to the district competition!
