Delilah Narcissus Wisener of Lubbock passed away on Saturday, March 27, 2021, at the age of 71. She was born Sept. 1, 1949 in Beaver, Okla., to Blackie and Ruby (Akridge) Williams. On Jan. 2, 1966 she married Larry Wisener. Together the couple worked side-by-side owning South Plains Lamesa Railroad.

Billy Lemons, 42, was born on July 26, 1978 in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Bobby Lemons and Irene (Lee) Nottingham. Billy had lived in the Choctaw County area since his teenage years.
