Pamela (Pam) Elaine Goree, 66, of Boswell, Okla., passed away on Friday, Sept. 4, 2020 in Oklahoma City. Pam was born on May 21, 1954 in Pampa, Texas, to Alfred Nelson Green, Jr. and Mavis Ellen (Whisenhunt) Green. She started cooking at the age of 14 out in Texas at a restaurant. She continued to cook at places and even owned her own restaurant. Pamela loved drag racing with her husband and taking care of her family and friends.

A private memorial service for David William Donohue will be held at a later date, under the direction of Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home. David passed away Thursday, Sept.

Jennifer Cogburn, age 42 of Wright City, Okla., went to be with the Lord Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2020 surrounded by her loving family. Jennifer Kathryn Cogburn was born May 8, 1978 in DeQueen, Ark., the daughter of James Thrasher and Jayne (Green) Thrasher. She grew up in the Wright City area and was a 1996 graduate of Wright City High School. After high school, Jennifer obtained her Associates Degree in nursing from EOSC in Wilburton, Okla., and worked as a Registered Nurse.

Michael Lynn Doyal, “Mike,” passed away peacefully and smiling at his home on Sept. 3, 2020, at the age of 73.

Bessie May Mitchell, 97, of Paris, Texas, passed away at her daughter’s home in Sumner, Texas, on Sept. 1, 2020. She was born on July 15, 1923 in Bakersfield, Calif., to Roy Curtis Anson and Ivy May Stubblefield Anson.

Funeral services for Carl Wilson McGee, of Hugo, Okla., were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept.

Billy Don Booker, 70, of Hugo, Okla., passed away Aug. 31, 2020 at his home in Hugo. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, 2020 at Southside Baptist Church in Paris with OHP Chaplain Sam Garner and the Rev. Billy Norris officiating. Burial followed at White Rock Cemetery in Red River County.

Our beloved and treasured Edward Thomas Pool was called to his eternal home with Jesus on July 31, 2020. Edward was born to Bill and Hazel Pool on July 15, 1927, the second of three boys.

Edward V. Harris passed on Aug. 29, 2020, after a short illness. He was born in Waldron, Ark., on Aug. 6, 1929 to Hercel L. Harris and Lucille (Williams) Harris. His fraternal grandmother, Lucricia Jane (Brown) Harris, helped to rear him. He graduated from Grant, Okla., high school and attended the University of Oklahoma before serving as part of the 45th in the Korean War. He was combat disabled and received a Bronze Star for meritorious service.

David Gillean, 64 of Paris, Texas, went to be with the Lord Friday, Aug. 28, 2020, at his home with loving family and friends by his side. Due to COVID-19, a private family memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were made by Fry-Gibbs Funeral Home.
