Kaylee and her mother moved to Hugo when she was an infant and was raised by her grandparents, Roy and Bobbie Thompson. Kaylee is preceeded in death by her mother, Cynthia Thompson; grandparents: Roy and Bobbie Thompson; brother, Christopher Ward; nephew and niece: Benjamin and Kaitlyn Buchanan.
