Everett Ray Berryhill was born on April 6, 1933 to William Carlos and Mary Sue (Dunn) Berryhill in Quinton, Okla., near Lake Eufaula. He was preceded in death by his parents: William Carlos and Mary Sue Berryhill and his wife, Margaret Berryhill; also, by siblings: Phyllis Rasmussan, Carlos (Shorty) Berryhill, Clyde Berryhill, James (Jim) Berryhill, Robert (Bob) Berryhill, Ruth Miller, Monnie Clark and David Berryhill.

James Edward “Jim” Blankenship was born on March 23, 1943, in Cedar Springs, Okla., the son of Willie Ben Blankenship and Farra Mae (Matthews) Blankenship. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, William Leon Blankenship; sisters: Allene Pulliam, Ruth Young, Corrine Blankenship and Delores Earthman.

James “Ed” Edward Floyd was born on March 16, 1938 in Boswell, Okla., the son of Aaron James Floyd and Ethel Mae (Maxwell) Floyd. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Charles Floyd.
