Choctaw Nation earns International Economic Development Council accreditation The Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma has been recognized as one of 84 economic development organizations accredited by International Economic Development Council (IEDC) as an Accredited Economic Development Organization (AEDO). My Molly Mule was stolen out of my pasture just east of Hugo, on Hwy 70. The thieves also stole my donkey at the same time. The thieves tortured my donkey with a hot branding iron. He escaped the thieves with a barC brand burned into his flesh on his left shoulder. He was found running in terror, and has come back home traumatized. My female mule, Sadie is still missing. She is a tall mule, about 15 hands.
