Woman arrested after admitting to arson

HUGO –– A Boswell, Okla., woman was arrested in February for arson after being accused of setting fire to a house. According to official reports, when questioned, Tamara Beth Hicks, 37, admitted to officers that she set fire to the residence located at 902 W. Clayton in Hugo.
Kiamichi Conservation District announces Cost-Share assistance available to benefit soil and water

The State of Oklahoma has provided limited funds to our conservation district to help landowners implement measures that will help conservation.
