The Hugo Area Chamber of Commerce, along with city officials, recently welcomed Shannon’s Catering with a ribbon cutting ceremony. Shannon’s is located at 1004 W. Jackson St. in Hugo, and offers daily specials. Hours are from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
