‘Bare’ confrontation leads to felony arrest

HUGO — A Hugo man was arrested Saturday after allegedly striking a pedestrian with his pickup during a confrontation over the man’s attire.

According to the Hugo Police Department, Sgt. Thomas Ray witnessed the incident shortly before it occurred near N. Third St. and E. Jackson St.
