Murder charges officially filed

McINTOSH COUNTY –– Charges have officially been filed for the murder of Traci Byrd that occurred on Oct. 28 in McIntosh County.

According to official reports, Armando Mustafo Rojas-Caceras has been charged with murder in the first degree, deliberate intent, after he admitted to law enforcement that he had cut Byrd with a broken bottle before fleeing to the property where he was arrested.
