Soper man perishes in wreck

CHOCTAW COUNTY –– A Soper man has lost his life after a vehicle wreck Monday afternoon, at approximately 3:11.According to reports from Oklahoma Highway Patrol Trooper Seth Leyba, Jimmy F.Justus, 73, was southbound on US Hwy. 271 near E. 1986 Rd. when he departed the roadway to the right for an unknown reason.
