Retirement parties were held last week in Hugo for Rhonda Cherry (above) and Linda Loper (bottom left). Cherry retired from the Hugo Post Office on April 30, capping off an impressive career spanning more than 20 years. Loper retired on April 30 after 40 years of remarkable service to the Choctaw County Commissioners’ Office. She is pictured with Teena McClure....
