Randall Robertson

Funeral services for Randall Robertson will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 7, 2020 at the Choctaw County Agriplex, 415 E. Rena St. in Hugo.

Randall Keith Robertson went to be with Jesus his Lord and Saviour on Oct. 5, 2020, at the age of 64. Randy was born Aug. 29, 1956 in Hugo, Okla., the son of William “Leo” Robertson and Shelba Jean (Mcfadden) Robertson. Randy married Gwen Gibson on Oct. 8, 1998 in Paris, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents, his sister, Nichola Jo (Robertson) Ives and a granddaughter.

Randy was the current Choctaw County District #2 Commissioner, a position he had held since 2007. Randy worked as a dispatcher for Kiamichi Railroad for many years. He also served as the Choctaw County Tag Agent and worked as a fireman and EMT for the county.

Randy enjoyed the outdoors and spent his time fishing, hunting and camping. He loved a good joke and enjoyed playing tricks on people. Randy will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Randy is survived by his wife, Gwen; sons: Shawn Robertson and wife of Rattan, Okla., Ian Robertson of Hugo, Brandon Allen and wife of Hugo and Dustin Allen and wife of Hugo; 13 grandchildren, four great-grandchildren; brother, Corey Robertson; his favorite child, Rudy; the mother of his children, Susan Mills along with many aunts, uncles and a host of other family and friends

Interment will follow the service at Springs Chapel Cemetery in Hugo with Bro. Shawn Robertson officiating, under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
