Tommy Lee Dill
Memorial services for Tommy Lee Dill, of Rufe, Okla., will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, 2026 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home in Valliant. Tommy Lee Dill, age 67, left this life on Thursday, July 16, 2026 in Richardson, Texas. He was born on Dec. 12, 1958 in Coalgate, Okla., to Edd and Jewel Dill. Tommy is preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Donald Dill.
Tommy was a 1977 graduate of Fort Towson High School. He served his country in the United States Army for four years, serving in Desert Storm. He worked as a General Foreman in Construction and an Electrical and Instrumentation Technician.
Tommy has been a long-time resident of southeast Oklahoma, building friendships and business relationships all over the area. He was an avid motorcyclist, mechanic, horseman, hunter and fisherman. Tommy enjoyed being outdoors and was always up for an adventure. Sometimes those adventures would result in a trip to the E.R., a wrecked vehicle, or even a motorhome stuck out in the middle of the lake. Despite his calm nature, fun seemed to follow him around, and you were bound to have some if you hung around him long enough. He was fearless, passionate, and would try anything once, as there was not a cowardly bone in his body. He always spoke the truth, even if you didn’t want to hear it. Tommy was an amazing father to all his kids and he was never short on solid advice and words of wisdom.
Tommy is survived by his brothers: Jimmy Dill and wife of Rufe and Bobby Dill and wife of Swink, Okla.; his son, Marshall Dill; wife, Kasheena, and two grandchildren. He is also survived by two stepdaughters: Traci Tipton of Durant, Teresa Billy and husband of Atoka, many step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
Services are under the direction of Miller & Miller Funeral Home.
