Alan Armstrong, Oklahoma’s appointed U.S. senator, disclosed more than 700 personal stock trades worth between $3.24 million and $16 million this week — more than two months after the federal STOCK Act’s 45-day disclosure deadline, according to a NOTUS review by Dave Levinthal.
