June 12, 1933 – Aug. 12, 2024 Marilyn Jane Custer was born in Dallas Center, Iowa, in 1933 to Harry Edwin and Hazel Evelyn Taylor. She was the only daughter of this Iowa farm family with four older brothers and one younger. Marilyn graduated from high school in Tucson, Ariz. She attended the University of Arizona, graduating in 1955 with a BS degree in Home Economics. After college, she taught Home Economics for one year in Casa Grande, Ariz., and then was chosen as the state advisor for the Future Homemakers of America.

Funeral services for Rhonda (Teague) Flanary, of Paris, Texas will be held at 2 p.m. Aug. 8, 2024 at First United Methodist Church in Paris, Texas. Rhonda Joyce Flanary was born on Aug. 19, 1954 in Hugo, Okla., the daughter of Billy E. Teague and Velma Lee (Hill) Teague. She entered Heaven after a brief battle with cancer on Aug. 4, 2024 in Paris, Texas, at the age of 69. Rhonda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ron Flanary and brother, Monty Teague.

Linda Diane Gibson, beloved wife, mother, sister and grandmother, passed away peacefully on Aug. 4, 2024, at the age of 80, in Cleburne, Texas. Born on Dec. 12, 1943, in Jasper, Tenn., she was a cherished presence in the lives of all who knew her.

Funeral services for Gary Wayne Bone, of Valliant, Okla., were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024 at Trinity Baptist Church in Valliant. Gary passed away Aug. 4, 2024, at the age of 75. Gary Wayne Bone was born on Sept. 24 1948, the son of Bob Bone and Opal (Scott) Davis. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Billy Edward Vansickle, a cherished husband, father, grandfather and friend, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2024, at the age of 76. Born on Sept. 2, 1947 in Lake West, Okla., to Julius Rass and Eva Mae (Daniels) Vansickle, Billy’s journey through life was marked by his courage, thoughtfulness and passion for the people and interests he held dear.
