The lights are back on inside Gene Nesbit Stadium as the Buffaloes prepare for another season of football. After a summer of coaching changes and a roster of new and returning faces, the season opener is sure to be an informative watch.

Wildlife Commission cancels proposal change

After a great amount of negative feedback from sportsman across Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation has reportedly dropped a recent rule that would require sportsmen to notify the ODWC via computer or phone app whenever they intended to hunt or fish on a state managed WMA or property.

Greetings! I’m “out of season,” but there’s something I want to say, and it may go over like a pregnant high jumper. There’s too many child participation trophies. And, how in the world do you really “win state” and get state championship rings when you’re just 9/10 years old? Come on!
