RGLA’s fourth annual Halloween Festival brings a spooktacular day of fun

FORT TOWSON –– Southeast Oklahoma families are invited to enjoy an afternoon of Halloween fun, food, and community spirit as the Raymond Gary Lake Association (RGLA) hosts its fourth annual Halloween Festival on Saturday, Oct. 31, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
