Kelly Wayne Hollamon, 54, of Broken Bow, Okla., passed away Sept. 29, 2026.

Born on Feb. 10, 1972, in Bend, Ore., Kelly lived a life filled with hard work, adventure, friendship, faith, and deep love for his family. He was preceded in death by his beautiful mother, Mary Lou Kindrick, whom he loved dearly.

Kelly is survived by his wonderful stepfather, Dennis Kindrick; his sisters: Stacey Ross, and Rachel Burgess; his five beloved children: Kelli Dawn Hollamon, Jessi Gayle Hollamon, Kimber Le’Anne Hollamon, Sarah Ann Hollamon, and Kellvyn Blayne Hollamon; and his eight cherished grandchildren. He is also survived by his nephews, along with many other relatives and friends who will miss him greatly.

Kelly proudly served his country in the Army National Guard Infantry from 1990 through 1997 and received his honorable discharge from the United States Army Reserve in 2002. His military service reflected dedication, determination, and strength of character.

For many years, Kelly worked for the City of Broken Bow. Kelly was blessed with extraordinary skills in carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, and countless other trades. There seemed to be nothing he couldn’t build, repair, or create. If something needed fixing, Kelly could find a way. Growing up in the country of southeast Oklahoma, Kelly loved the outdoors. His youth was filled with trapping, coon hunting, fishing, horseback riding, game chicken fighting and countless adventures in the place he called home. Along life’s journey, he made many friends and was blessed with a few especially close and cherished friendships that endured through the years.

In his later years, one of Kelly’s greatest joys was being a grandfather. He treasured time spent with his grandchildren and took pride in watching his family grow. More than anything, he loved those closest to him with a loyal and generous heart.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, Oct. 16, 2026 at Miller & Miller Funeral Home in Valliant.
