Wilma Jean Rose

Wilma Jean Rose passed away on April 8, 2025, in Savoy, Texas. Wilma Jean was born Nov. 28, 1949 in Hereford, Texas, to Wilma Jones and Claude Rose. She is survived by her two sons: William “Billy” Strobl and Eric Strobl, both of whom are from Denison, Texas. Also survived by five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Wilma Jean is preceded in death by her mother, Wilma Jones; her father, Claude Rose and her brother, C.J. Rose.

The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Prater-Lampton-Mills & Coffey Funeral Home.
