Hugo News Sports It was a big weekend for the Buffaloes, with both the girls and boys varsity teams becoming Blue & Gold Classic Champions in Antlers Saturday night. For the Lady Buffs, the tournament was a big leap in the right direction after a slow start to the season.

Eight Buffs named to 2A- 6 All- District Team

Eight members of the Hugo Buffalo 2022 team landed on the all-district list, it was announced last week. Senior quarterback Landon Lemmons was named co-quarterback of the year, and junior safety LaMarcus Davis was named co-defensive player of the year.

(USACE Lake Level) Blue, channel, and flathead catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, dough bait, live bait, punch bait, shad, stinkbait, and sunfish below the dam, channels, river channel, shorelines, and standing timber.
