SOPER — Soper’s Lady Bears put up nine points in OT to claim another barnburner win in the storied rivalry of Boswell vs. Soper last week, 35-30.

Junior Calista Kelley was one of Hugo’s most consistent and confident shooters last season, and her return to the team in the spring will give the Buffs a big boost. But until then, the Buffaloes need to develop more shooters. There’s still some hesitation on offense that Vann hopes to correct before the Buffaloes start their string of tournaments, which begins with the Broken Bow tournament on Friday and Saturday.
