ATOKA — The No. 2 rated Hugo Buffaloes brought home the big Championship Trophy from the Atoka Invitational Tournament this past weekend after spanking Latta, 56-19 and host Atoka, 84-55 before closing with a 47-42 Championship game win over No. 6 rated Kingston.

SILO — The Hugo Buffaloes continued their aggressive offensive play against the Silo Rebels on the hosts’ floor last week. The Buffaloes leapt out to a big 20-10 first quarter lead and fought the hosts off the final three quarters for a decisive 62-45 win.

Flat third quarter dooms Lady Buffs against Silo

SILO — The Hugo Buffaloes ventured into Silo Rebel territory last week and ended up splitting games with their hosts. The Lady Buffaloes came out on the short end of a 34-41 game that was lost in the second half.

Caddo Bruins grab pair of wins off Boswell hardwood

BOSWELL — The Boswell Scorpions hosted the Caddo Bruins for a pair of round ball clashes last week, but came up on the short end of both the boys and girls games. The Lady Scorpions were led by Kamria Williams, who dropped 11 points on the Lady Bruins.

FORT TOWSON — The Fort Towson Tigers played host to the Battiest Panthers Monday night in the historic city, but the visiting Battiest Panthers didn’t come for a social call, taking two lopsided wins home with them to McCurtain County.
